Nothing of me is original...

My style has very much grown over the years. In high school, I was all about the graphic tees and to me, all that mattered was having the coolest shirts. But when I left for college to San Francisco, I was presented a whole new fashion lifestyle; everyone around me just breathed individuality. And going to art school just added to that variety. I soon found myself looking at all things fashion; magazines, videos, reviews of the latest collections. I looked at it for inspiration; not only for style but to help with my aspirations as a graphic designer. That may sound weird but hey, if it helps my creativity rolling, why not? Fashion has impacted my life in such a way I would not have expected it to. And it's a good thing. Anyway, one aspect of fashion that I always go to is the women. Yes, I said it; women. I always had the idea that if women could wear it, why can't I? Androgyny is the name of the game. But I would like to think of it as incorporating the two sides, femininity and masculinity, and bringing it to my desired taste. The photo presented, part of the 2010 Rag and Bone resort collection, I think sums up what my current style; The monochromatic grunge.
